Job Role: SAP HCM Middle East Payroll (Contract) Location: Remote Experience: 8+ Yrs Availability: Immediate Joining (0-15 Days) Job Description: Lead implementation projects for SAP SuccessFactors EC with Middle East Payroll. Conduct requirement gathering workshops and design payroll solutions aligned with local compliance. Configure EC modules and payroll rules, ensuring seamless integration. Provide guidance on statutory requirements (GOSI, WPS, gratuity, end-of-service benefits, etc.). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable HR and payroll solutions. Manage stakeholder communication and ensure project milestones are achieved. Mentor junior consultants and provide knowledge transfer sessions. Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives.
