SAP HCM PA/OM Consultant - SAC Workforce Planning

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Functional Consultant to support Workforce Planning in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), with expertise in HR master data integration and workforce cost planning. Responsibilities include supporting SAC Workforce Planning for headcount, salaries, promotions, and transfers, validating HR master transaction data extracted from Oracle HCM/Civilsoft, aligning HR master data with multi-country organizational structures for the Kuwait pilot, supporting UAT, data validation, and workforce planning cycles, and coordinating with Finance teams. Required skills include SAP HCM Personnel Administration, SAP HCM Organizational Management, HR Master Data & Integration, SAP Analytics Cloud Workforce Planning, HR Analytics, and multi-country HR processes.
