SAP HCM Payroll with SuccessFactors EC – Lead Consultant / Architect

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant/Architect with strong Middle East Payroll and SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) expertise. Experience: 8+ Years Role: Lead Consultant / Architect Domain: SAP HCM Payroll | SuccessFactors EC Location: Middle East Payroll Experience Required Key Responsibilities: - Lead SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central + Middle East Payroll implementations - Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and design payroll solutions - Configure EC modules and payroll rules - Ensure compliance with local Middle East statutory requirements - Work on GOSI, WPS, Gratuity, End-of-Service Benefits (EOSB) and related requirements - Manage integrations and collaborate with cross-functional teams - Handle stakeholder communication and project delivery - Mentor junior consultants and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions - Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvements Ideal Candidate: - 8+ years of SAP HCM/Payroll experience - Strong Middle East/GCC Payroll experience - Hands-on SuccessFactors Employee Central experience - Experience with complex multi-country rollouts - Strong consulting, solution design, and stakeholder management skills - Experience with local statutory payroll requirements
