SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Consultant

Sustainable Growth Partners (SGP) is looking for an SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. You will work directly with clients to implement, support, and optimize their SAP SuccessFactors landscape, focusing on Employee Central, ECP, Payroll, and Talent Management. Responsibilities include leading end-to-end implementations, supporting SAP HCM On-Premise systems (PA, OM, Time, Payroll), managing integration using SAP CPI, designing Business Rules and RBP, configuring Payroll Control Center, and ensuring compliance with Egyptian and GCC payroll laws.
