SAP HR-SF Consultant

Zone is looking for an experienced SAP HR-SF Consultant with hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM/HR processes to analyze business requirements, configure solutions, and support implementations and integrations. Key Responsibilities: Implement, configure and support SAP SuccessFactors core modules including EC, ECP and TT. Work with Talent modules such as Performance & Goals, Recruitment and Onboarding. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration with SAP FICO and relevant modules. Develop and maintain system documentation and functional specifications. Prepare end-user training materials. Provide functional expertise and resolve HR system issues. Enhance HR workflows and processes. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, statutory regulations and internal HR policies. Participate in full-cycle SAP implementations, upgrades and post-go-live support. Requirements: 4–6 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM / S/4HANA HR. Strong expertise in SF/HR configuration. Employee Central, Recruitment, Performance & Goals (PMGM), Onboarding, Payroll and Time Tracking. Minimum 4 full-cycle, end-to-end implementations in SAP HR or SuccessFactors. Good understanding of SAP FICO integration and other relevant modules. SAP SuccessFactors or S/4HANA HR Certification preferred.
