SAP IAM Consultant

Alexander Ash are currently looking for an experienced SAP IAM / Security Consultant for a contract opportunity, supporting a large-scale SAP transformation, on behalf of our client. We are looking for someone with strong hands-on experience across SAP role & authorisation design, IAM, access governance and SoD, ideally within complex enterprise SAP landscapes. Key experience required: - SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, BW/4HANA, SAC, Datasphere, Ariba, CAR & BTP - SAP IAG, IAS & IPS - IAM integration across SAP and non-SAP systems - Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes and identity lifecycle automation - Joule for IAG - Enterprise role design, remediation, rationalisation and governance - SoD rulesets, risk analysis, remediation & mitigation - Access certification, Firefighter/PAM and audit requirements - Strong Excel and data analysis skills with excellent attention to detail - Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills Experience with SAP RISE, hybrid SAP landscapes, retail and large-scale SAP transformation programmes would be highly desirable. This role would suit someone who can work independently, challenge data and assumptions, manage multiple workstreams and translate complex IAM concepts into clear business language. This is a contract role based out of Dubai.
