SAP & IT Manager – FMCG

Lead and manage the company’s SAP Business One environment, IT infrastructure, systems, networks, security, and business applications. Manage SAP Business One implementation, customization, upgrades, integrations, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Strong knowledge of SAP Business One modules covering Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse, Production, MRP, and Reporting. Translate business requirements into effective SAP Business One solutions. Manage add-ons, APIs, integrations, Crystal Reports, dashboards, and third-party applications. Ensure proper master data management, user authorization, approval workflows, system controls, and transactional accuracy. Support and optimize key FMCG processes including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, Production Planning, MRP, and Finance. Lead IT infrastructure including servers, networks, firewalls, VPN, Wi-Fi, backups, cloud services, disaster recovery, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Active Directory.
