SAP & IT Manager – FMCG

Lead and manage the company’s SAP Business One environment, IT infrastructure, systems, networks, security, and business applications. Manage SAP Business One implementation, customization, upgrades, integrations, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Strong knowledge of SAP Business One modules covering Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse, Production, MRP, and Reporting. Translate business requirements from Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse, and Production into effective SAP Business One solutions. Manage SAP Business One add-ons, APIs, integrations, Crystal Reports, dashboards, and third-party applications. Ensure proper master data management, user authorization, approval workflows, system controls, and transactional accuracy. Support and optimize key FMCG processes including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, Production Planning, MRP, and Finance. Lead IT infrastructure including servers, networks, firewalls, VPN, Wi-Fi, backups, cloud services, and disaster recovery. Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Active Directory, endpoint security, and user access controls. Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies, backup procedures, access controls, and IT governance standards. Manage IT vendors, implementation partners, consultants, software providers, and IT service providers. Lead the internal IT team and ensure timely resolution of business-critical SAP and IT issues.
