SAP Module Lead - SuccessFactors HXM

We are urgently seeking an experienced SAP Module Lead - SAP SuccessFactors HXM to join a major programme in Saudi Arabia. This is a permanent, onsite opportunity for a strong functional leader with extensive implementation and integration experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, implementation, configuration and support of SAP SuccessFactors HXM solutions. Own delivery across Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Time Tracking and Business Integration Builder (BIB). Manage integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM or other enterprise systems. Lead workshops, requirements gathering, solution design and stakeholder engagement. Guide functional and technical teams through testing, deployment and post-go-live support. Ensure solutions follow SAP best practices and meet business requirements. Immediate joiners and candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia are highly preferred.
