We're Hiring: SAP PM Functional Consultant Location: Dubai, UAE Company: Teamware Human Resource Solutions LLC Industry: Technology | SAP Services | Enterprise Solutions Level: Mid-Senior Level Employment Type: Full Time About the Role Teamware Human Resource Solutions LLC is hiring an experienced SAP PM Functional Consultant for an exciting opportunity with one of our leading clients in Dubai, UAE. We are looking for a skilled SAP PM professional with strong expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), Work Clearance Management (WCM), Fleet Management, Linear Asset Management (LAM), and SAP Mobility Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting SAP PM implementations, enhancements, and production support activities, while working closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical/development teams to deliver effective SAP solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong business process knowledge, excellent stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP PM implementations and support projects. What You'll Do Facilitate the implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP PM, WCM, and Fleet Management solutions. Analyze complex business requirements and provide effective SAP solutions aligned with industry best practices. Gather, validate, interpret, and document business requirements from business stakeholders. Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with business users. Map business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement through SAP solutions. Configure, customize, test, and support SAP PM functionalities. Work extensively with: SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), Work Clearance Management (WCM), Linear Asset Management (LAM), SAP Mobility Solutions, Fleet Management. Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend suitable workarounds or enhancement solutions. Investigate, analyze, and resolve functional issues and system defects. Coordinate emergency transports and critical production support activities. Prepare and maintain functional specifications, process documents, test scripts, test results, and training materials. Act as a liaison between business users and technical/ABAP development teams. Support integration activities between SAP PM, related SAP modules, and third-party systems. Participate in UAT, cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare activities. Provide end-user training and knowledge transfer to support teams. What We're Looking For 8+ years of SAP PM experience, with at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementation projects and multiple SAP support engagements. Strong hands-on expertise in SAP PM, WCM, Fleet Management, Linear Asset Management (LAM), SAP Mobility Solutions. Strong experience in business process mapping, SAP configuration, testing, and production support. Experience preparing functional specifications and coordinating with ABAP/development teams. Strong understanding of SAP PM business processes and solution design. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline. Preferred Skills Experience with SAP Multi Resource Scheduling (MRS). Experience with SAP IS-U, particularly within the utilities industry. Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Asset Management. Experience working in Utilities, Power, Water, Oil & Gas, or other asset-intensive industries. Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications related to Asset Management. Experience with SAP transformation and modernization initiatives is an added advantage. Certifications (Preferred) SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), SAP S/4HANA Asset Management Certification.
