SAP Proaxia Aftersales Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP Proaxia Aftersales Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of automotive aftersales business processes using Proaxia Automotive Solution. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate aftersales requirements into effective SAP/Proaxia solutions. Key Responsibilities include implementing and configuring Proaxia Automotive Aftersales solutions, analyzing business requirements related to automotive aftersales operations, and configuring service and workshop management, vehicle and service orders, parts management, warranty and claims, service contracts, dealer and customer service processes, and pricing and billing. Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design. Support integration between Proaxia and other SAP modules/systems. Prepare functional specifications for technical developments. Perform testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution. Support data migration and cutover activities. Prepare user documentation and conduct training. Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvements.
