SAP Project Director & Group Program Manager

Are you an executive IT leader with a track record of driving complex enterprise transformations? We are seeking an SAP Project Director & Group Program Manager to helm our group-wide SAP S/4HANA implementation and legacy modernization. Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Executive Steering Committee, you will direct internal PMO teams, enterprise architects, and top-tier System Integrator partners across a multi-entity environment. Key Responsibilities Oracle EBS to SAP Transition & Execution - Direct the enterprise transition from Oracle EBS to SAP S/4HANA, managing transitional states and coexistences. - Lead legacy data extraction, cleansing, and transformation using SAP ADM (Syniti), SAP Data Services, or Migration Cockpit. - Harmonize process mapping between Oracle EBS (Multi-Org/OU, GL flexfields, SCM) and SAP equivalents (Company Codes, Plant Structures, Business Partners). - Direct legacy decommissioning, historical data archiving, compliance retention, and cutover sequencing. SAP Architectural Governance - Serve as internal authority on SAP solutions, enforcing Clean Core principles and SAP Activate methodology. - Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and evaluate RICEFW custom code/extensions across core SAP modules. - Oversee enterprise system integrations using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Integration Suite. PMO & Partner Governance - Lead the central PMO, standardizing methodologies, RAID logs, resource loading, and deployment waves. - Manage System Integrator performance, technical deliverable quality, SOW adherence, and change requests. - Oversee technical and functional audits across testing cycles (SIT, UAT, Performance) and go-live readiness. Qualifications & Technical Requirements - 15+ years in IT leadership with 10+ years leading large-scale SAP transformations. - Track record of directing at least one full-lifecycle Oracle EBS to SAP migration in a multi-entity enterprise. - Deep SAP expertise across FI/CO (CFIN), Supply Chain (MM, SD, PP, PM, EWM), SuccessFactors, SAC, and BTP. - Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS architecture (Financials, SCM, HRMS) to guide data and process translation. - Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or CE (Master's/MBA, PMP/PgMP, and SAP Activate certifications preferred).
