SAP PS Consultant (8+ Years Experience) - Steel Industry Job Title: SAP PS Senior Consultant / Lead Consultant Experience: 8+ Years Industry Preference: Steel / Metals Manufacturing Location: Dubai Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP PS Consultant with 8+ years of expertise in SAP Project System and a strong background in the Steel Industry. The candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP PS implementations, support, enhancements, and integration with other SAP modules. The role requires deep knowledge of project planning, budgeting, execution, monitoring, and project cost control within manufacturing and capital project environments. Key Responsibilities: - Lead SAP PS implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects. - Gather and analyze business requirements related to project management and capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects. - Configure and support: Project Definition, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Networks and Activities, Milestones, Cost Planning and Budgeting, Availability Control, Settlement and Results Analysis. - Manage project lifecycle processes for plant expansion, shutdowns, maintenance projects, and infrastructure projects in steel manufacturing. - Integrate SAP PS with SAP FI, CO, MM, PM, SD, and PP modules. - Develop functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for custom developments. - Conduct testing, UAT, training, and deployment activities. - Provide production support and resolve critical business issues. - Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams to optimize project management processes. Required Skills: - 8+ years of SAP PS consulting experience. - Strong experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA. - Expertise in Project Structuring (WBS), Network Planning, Budgeting and Cost Control, Project Settlement, Progress Tracking, Resource Planning. - Experience integrating SAP PS with FI/CO, MM, PM, PP, and SD. - Strong understanding of CAPEX and project accounting processes. - Experience working in the Steel, Metals, or Manufacturing industry. - Knowledge of plant maintenance projects, shutdown projects, and expansion projects is highly preferred. - Strong client-facing, communication, and leadership skills.
