SAP S/4HANA LE Lead

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Logistics Execution (LE) Lead to join our team for an onsite contract opportunity in Oman. Key Responsibilities: - Lead SAP S/4HANA LE implementation, rollout, enhancement & support activities - Handle Inbound & Outbound Logistics, Delivery Processing, Shipping & Transportation - Manage Delivery, Picking, Packing, PGI & Shipment processes - Configure Shipping Point, Route Determination, Delivery Types, Item Categories & Schedule Lines - Work on SD–LE integration and integration with MM, WM/EWM & FI - Conduct requirement gathering, workshops and functional solution discussions - Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP/technical teams - Support testing, UAT, cutover, migration & go-live activities - Handle production support, incident resolution and root-cause analysis - Coordinate with onsite business users, offshore teams and SAP functional leads - Guide junior consultants and ensure timely delivery of activities Required Skills: - 5+ years of SAP LE experience with strong S/4HANA exposure - Strong knowledge of SAP Logistics Execution & Shipping - Hands-on experience in Inbound/Outbound Delivery, Picking, Packing & PGI - Shipping Point & Route Determination - Delivery Processing & Shipment/Transportation - Strong SAP SD & MM integration knowledge - Experience with Functional Specifications, Testing, UAT & Production Support - Strong troubleshooting, analytical & stakeholder management skills - Ability to work independently in an onsite client environment Preferred: - S/4HANA implementation or rollout experience - SAP EWM/WM integration exposure - SAP Fiori & S/4HANA logistics experience - SAP S/4HANA Logistics/LE certification - GCC/Middle East onsite project experience
