SAP S/4HANA Lead - Logistics Execution

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Logistics Execution Lead to manage and support SAP logistics execution processes in an onsite environment in Oman. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP Lead, S/4HANA, Logistics, Shipping, Delivery and Warehouse integration, along with the ability to lead functional activities and coordinate with business and technical teams. Position: SAP S/4HANA Lead Location: Oman Work Mode: Onsite Employment Type: Contract Experience: 5+ Years Key Responsibilities: - Lead SAP S/4HANA Logistics Execution implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects. - Configure and support Inbound & Outbound Logistics, Shipping, Transportation, and Delivery Processing. - Manage SAP SD integration and related end-to-end logistics processes. - Handle Delivery, Picking, Packing, Post Goods Issue (PGI), and Shipment activities. - Configure Shipping Points, Route Determination, Delivery Types, Item Categories, and Schedule Lines. - Collaborate with MM, SD, WM/EWM, and FI teams to ensure seamless process integration. - Analyze business requirements and design effective SAP functional solutions. - Conduct workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution discussions with stakeholders. - Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP/technical teams for custom developments. - Support S/4HANA migration, testing, cutover, and go-live activities. - Resolve production issues through troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and incident management. - Work closely with onsite business users, offshore teams, and cross-functional SAP consultants. - Mentor junior consultants and ensure timely delivery of project milestones and support activities.
