SAP S/4HANA Reporting & SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Expert

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP Analytics professional with strong expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP S/4HANA Reporting, and Enterprise Analytics solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and delivering executive dashboards, operational reports, and analytics solutions integrated with SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop enterprise reporting solutions using SAP Business Intelligence 2025 & SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). Build real-time and acquired data models from SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion other ERP's. Develop management dashboards, KPIs, and self-service analytics. Integrate SAP S/4HANA with SAC for planning and reporting scenarios. Design and implement SuccessFactors reporting and analytics within SAC. Gather business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. Optimize data models, performance, and reporting architecture. Support end-users and provide reporting best practices. Required Skills ✔ SAP Business Intelligence 4.X or 2025 for Reporting & Dashboards (WebI, UDT & Crystal Reports) ✔ Expert in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) ✔ Expert in SAP S/4HANA Analytics & SAC Integration ✔ Strong experience in SuccessFactors Reporting using SAC ✔ Experience in Story Design, Models, Planning & Predictive Features ✔ Strong SQL and Data Modeling knowledge ✔ Ability to interact with business stakeholders independently Preferred Skills ✔ SAP BODS / Data Services ✔ SAP BW / BW4HANA ✔ Data Warehouse Concepts ✔ SAP Datasphere exposure Experience 6+ Years in SAP Analytics & Reporting Minimum 2 End-to-End SAC & SAP BI Implementations Experience in S/4HANA Embedded Analytics is highly desirable
