SAP SD Consultant – S/4HANA Implementation

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant to drive a Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation for a leader in the Power Generation Equipment sector. In this role, you will design, configure, and deploy SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution solutions to optimize end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes across equipment sales, rental, and service business streams. Key Responsibilities: Implementation & Configuration: Lead the design and configuration of SAP SD modules aligned with SAP Best Practices. Requirements & Workshops: Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops to gather and refine requirements across sales, billing, and customer service operations. Process Engineering: Design end-to-end OTC scenarios, including equipment sales, rental contracts, service-based billing, intercompany sales, and third-party order processing. Module Integration: Integrate SAP SD with MM, FI/CO, PP, and Transportation/Logistics Execution modules. System Setup & Output: Configure Sales Organizational structures, Partner Determination, Output Management, and SAP Fiori apps. Technical Documentation: Draft detailed Functional Specifications for custom developments, reports, interfaces, and enhancements. Lifecycle Delivery: Support data migration, SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, Hypercare, and post-implementation support. Enablement: Deliver end-user training and functional guidance to sales and customer service teams. Required Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field. SAP Experience: 6–9 years of hands-on SAP SD consulting experience, including at least 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Sales implementations. Core Functional Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Order-to-Cash (OTC), Pricing Procedures, Billing, Credit Management, and Rebate Agreements. Industry Alignment: Prior experience in rental- and service-based sales models within heavy equipment, power generation, or industrial machinery sectors. S/4HANA Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAP Fiori user experience, S/4HANA Sales architecture, and modern Output Management. Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication abilities. Mobility: Willingness to work onsite in Dubai, UAE or Dammam, KSA.
