SAP Service Delivery Manager

MonoSpear Technologies LLC is looking for an experienced SAP AMS Service Delivery Manager to lead offshore and multi-tower SAP managed services. This is an onsite role in Qatar requiring 10+ years of experience and immediate or short notice availability. Must have 10+ years of SAP AMS experience, 5+ years managing offshore or multi-tower SAP teams, end-to-end AMS delivery management, ITIL, SLA and KPI governance, incident, problem, and change management, ServiceNow, SAP Cloud ALM, and stakeholder and escalation management. Key responsibilities include owning SAP AMS service delivery, governing SLA/KPI performance, managing offshore shifts and ticket demand, driving root cause analysis (RCA) for Sev1/Sev2 incidents, and leading continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
