SAP SuccessFactors Comp/LMS Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with expertise in Compensation & Variable Pay and Learning Management (LMS) to support a Saudi-based project. Position: SAP SuccessFactors Comp/LMS Consultant Engagement: Freelance / Contract Experience: Mid to Senior Level Project Experience: Saudi Arabia project experience is mandatory Required Skills: - SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay - SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) - Hands-on implementation/support experience - Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors configuration and business processes - Experience working with clients/stakeholders - Prior Saudi project experience is mandatory Ideal Candidate: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with relevant Compensation / Variable Pay / LMS expertise.
