SAP SuccessFactors EC & ECP Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors EC & ECP Consultant to join our team and drive end-to-end HR transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical expertise in Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll, along with hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, integration, and support. Required Technical & Functional Skills: - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC): Employee Central configuration and administration, Foundation Objects and MDF Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, Event Reasons, and Position Management, Employee Data Models and Corporate Data Models, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), Time Off and Time Management, Compensation and Pay Components, Import/export, data migration, and employee data management. - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP): SAP Employee Central Payroll implementation and support, Payroll configuration, schemas, and Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs), Wage Types, Infotypes, Payroll Functions, and Operations, Payroll Control Center (PCC), Payroll processing, retroactive accounting, and off-cycle payroll, Payroll reconciliation, posting, and integration with Finance, Payroll troubleshooting and statutory payroll requirements, Replication of employee master and payroll-relevant data between EC and ECP. - Integration & Technical Expertise: SAP Integration Suite / SAP Cloud Integration (CPI), OData APIs, Compound Employee API, and REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Center and SAP BTP integration concepts, SAP HCM integration and data replication, Monitoring and troubleshooting integration flows, Data migration, data validation, and error handling. - Implementation & Project Delivery: End-to-end implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support, Requirement gathering and fit-gap analysis, Functional specifications and solution documentation, Unit testing, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution, Cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare support, Agile/Scrum delivery and stakeholder management.
