WMS is looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in ECP implementation, Middle East payroll, and SAP integration. Key Skills & Experience Required: - Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP). - 8+ years of relevant SAP HCM and SuccessFactors experience. - Expertise in Middle East payroll, particularly UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, and Jordan. - Experience in payroll configuration, schemas, PCRs, wage types, retroactive calculations, and off-cycle payroll. - Strong understanding of Employee Central integration and payroll posting to SAP S/4HANA. - Experience in end-to-end implementation, payroll testing, parallel runs, and production support. Additional Advantage: Experience in other SuccessFactors modules, including Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Time Management. Work Location & Travel: This is a flexible opportunity for candidates based in India, with hybrid working arrangements. Candidates must be willing to travel to the Middle East region for on-site client engagements, as required.
