WE’RE HIRING | SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant Location: Dubai, UAE (Onsite) Experience: 10+ Years Key Requirements: • Core Modules: Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors expertise with deep Employee Central knowledge (Foundation Objects, Position Management, Workflows, Employee Lifecycle). • Talent Modules: Experience in Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, Compensation, or Learning. • Integrations & Security: Time & Payroll integration, Integration Center/APIs, data migration, HR master data, and strong RBP/security/data privacy skills. Mandatory: Minimum 2 End-to-End implementation projects (preferably Employee Central + at least 1 other module). Preferred: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification.
