SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant

Provide hands-on SAP SuccessFactors functional expertise for ALFAHIM Group's HR transformation program. The consultant will configure and validate assigned Success Factors modules, support end-to-end implementation delivery, and act as the company-side HR Design Authority representative to assure the quality and suitability of the implementation partner's work. The role will bridge HR process owners, Payroll, IT and the implementation partner, ensuring that decisions balance SAP standard capabilities, company policies, employee experience, regulatory requirements and operational needs. 1-year project-based assignment, extendable, based on-site in Abu Dhabi.
