Location : Abu Dhabi, UAE (Onsite)
Experience : 5+ Years
Must Have: 1+ End-to-End SuccessFactors implementation
· SAP SuccessFactors – Employee Central
· Hands-on configuration & E2E implementation
· RBP, Workflows, HR Master Data & Employee Lifecycle
· Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, Compensation & Learning exposure
· Integration Centre / APIs & Data Migration
· SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live & Hypercare
· Strong stakeholder & implementation partner management
Preferred: Employee Central certification & UAE/GCC HR exposure
