Job Description: Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors HXM implementation and support engagements. Drive solution design, requirement gathering, business process mapping and functional leadership. Configure and support Employee Central, MDF, workflows, business rules, Position Management and RBP. Manage ECP payroll schemas, rules, wage types, payroll processes and EC-ECP replication. Configure Time Tracking, work schedules, holiday calendars, overtime and attendance processes. Lead BIB integrations, SIT/UAT, payroll parallel runs, data migration and go-live activities.
