Key Skills: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and SAP HCM Payroll, UAE Payroll (WPS, gratuity, leave encashment, statutory deductions), Oman Payroll (social insurance and statutory deductions), Payroll configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and support, Payroll automation, process improvement, and reporting, Integration with SuccessFactors Employee Central / SAP HCM, Strong remote working and stakeholder-management skills.
