HIRING: SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant – Arabic Speaker. Location: Qatar. Experience: 5+ Years. Language: Arabic & English. Certification: SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Certification – Mandatory. Key Requirements: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant. Strong expertise in Performance Management & Goal Management (PMGM). Minimum 3 full end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors PMGM implementations, covering requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support. Strong experience configuring: Performance Forms, Goal Plans, Route Maps, Rating Scales, workflows, Role-Based Permissions (RBP). Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis and translating requirements into SAP SuccessFactors solutions. Hands-on experience with UAT, data migration, integration testing, troubleshooting and production support. Ability to conduct workshops, system demonstrations, knowledge-transfer sessions and end-user training. Understanding of integration between PMGM, Employee Central and Learning is preferred. Strong analytical, troubleshooting and documentation skills. Arabic speaking is mandatory, with good professional communication skills in English. Relevant SAP SuccessFactors PMGM certification is mandatory. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support SAP SuccessFactors PMGM implementation, configuration, enhancements and optimization. Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and translate business requirements into functional solutions. Configure and maintain Goal Plans, Performance Forms, Route Maps, Rating Scales, workflows and permissions. Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical/integration teams. Support system, integration, regression and UAT testing. Support deployment, cutover, go-live and post-go-live stabilization. Provide knowledge transfer and training to business users, key users and support teams. Recommend improvements and SAP best practices to enhance performance-management processes.
