SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant/Arabic Speaker

Müller's Solutions is looking for a seasoned SuccessFactors Senior Consultant to become a member of our specialized team. The successful applicant will possess in-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors modules along with substantial experience in implementing and enhancing HR solutions across various client environments. In this position, you will oversee complete implementation projects, offer strategic advice, and guarantee the effective delivery of HR technology solutions that align with the clients' business goals. The preferred SuccessFactors Consultant will exhibit expertise in the following three key areas: LMS (Learning Management System), Performance Management, and Compensation Management. Key Responsibilities include leading the design, configuration, and implementation of SuccessFactors modules, collaborating with clients, managing project timelines, providing expert advice, conducting workshops, and working cross-functionally. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field; minimum 7 years of experience in SuccessFactors consulting with a proven track record; in-depth knowledge of Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Recruiting; strong project management and leadership skills; relevant certifications strongly preferred.
