SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant

Muller's Solutions is looking for a seasoned SuccessFactors Senior Consultant to become a member of our specialized team. The successful applicant will possess in-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors modules along with substantial experience in implementing and enhancing HR solutions across various client environments. In this position, you will oversee complete implementation projects, offer strategic advice, and guarantee the effective delivery of HR technology solutions that align with the clients' business goals. The preferred SuccessFactors Consultant will exhibit expertise in LMS, Performance Management, and Compensation. Key Responsibilities include leading design, configuration, and implementation, collaborating with clients, managing project timelines, providing expert advice, conducting workshops, and working cross-functionally. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, minimum 7 years of experience in SuccessFactors consulting, in-depth knowledge of Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Recruiting, strong project management and leadership skills, and relevant certifications preferred.
