SAP SuccessFactors Testing Specialist

We have an urgent requirement for SAP SuccessFactors Testing Specialist in banking domain is required for our banking clients in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Plan, design, and execute test cases across modules like Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance, Compensation, and Learning. Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing; ensure defect management and resolution. Utilize test management tools (Jira, ALM) and implement automation frameworks for efficiency. Banking Domain Must. Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented SAP SuccessFactors Testing Specialist to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our HR technology solutions. The role involves planning, designing, and executing test cases across various SuccessFactors modules, collaborating with functional consultants, and ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities: Test Planning, Test Case Design, Execution & Validation, Defect Management, Automation, Documentation, Collaboration. Required Skills & Experience: Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation), hands-on experience with manual and automated testing tools, familiarity with integration testing between SuccessFactors and other SAP/non-SAP systems, proficiency in test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, Jira, QTest). Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, certification in SAP SuccessFactors is preferred, 3–6 years of experience in SAP testing or HR systems testing.
