Senior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to oversee key financial operations, including account reconciliations, MIS reporting, tax compliance, and management of accounts receivable and payable. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in financial records, compliance with statutory regulations, and timely reporting to support strategic decision-making. Experience within the Travel, Insurance, or Banking industries is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities include monthly reconciliation of bank accounts, general ledger, intercompany accounts, and balance sheet items; preparing monthly MIS reports, Agent Report, Cost Benefit Analysis Report against budgets and forecasts; ensuring compliance with UAE tax regulations, including VAT and Corporate Tax; overseeing customer invoicing, collections, and aging analysis; supervising vendor invoice processing and payments; ensuring adherence to internal controls, accounting policies, and IFRS standards. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field, and a minimum of 3–4 years of relevant accounting experience in the Accounts & Finance department within the Travel, Insurance, or Banking industry. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Praktora, Premier, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally, or similar) are required.
