Senior Accountant

Dubai Marine Beach Resort & Spa is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger. - Handle bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and quotation preparation. - Manage project accounting, including cost tracking, budgeting, and financial reporting. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. - Monitor project expenses and ensure alignment with approved budgets. - Reconcile bank statements and company accounts. - Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and assist with VAT filing. - Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide required financial documents. - Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation. - Prepare financial reports and provide financial insights to management. - Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning for ongoing projects. - Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable UAE financial regulations. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience in the UAE. - Experience in project-based, contracting, or service-providing companies is required. - Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and compliance. - Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar accounting software. - Advanced knowledge of MS Excel. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
