Senior Accountant (Consultancy)

We're Hiring: Senior Accountant (Consultancy) We're expanding our Managed Services & Advisory team in Abu Dhabi, and we're looking for an experienced accounting professional to join us. What you'll do: • Lead end-to-end accounting engagements across multiple clients • Prepare and review financial statements in line with IFRS • Manage VAT compliance, filings, and advisory for clients • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management for clients • Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on financial matters • Oversee bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close processes • Mentor and guide junior team members on engagements What we're looking for: • 10+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a consultancy/advisory environment • ACCA qualified (or equivalent) • Strong working knowledge of IFRS • Solid understanding of UAE VAT regulations and compliance • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis • Proven experience leading client engagements independently • Hands-on proficiency with accounting systems: SAP, Zoho, QuickBooks, Oracle • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously Nice to have: • Experience in the UAE/GCC market • Background in professional services or Big 4/mid-tier consulting firms Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
