Senior BI / Analytics Enablement Consultant

We are looking for experienced BI / Analytics professionals to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation and self-service analytics enablement program. Experience: 5-8 Years. Work Mode: Remote. Working Hours: Primarily aligned with IST / AMEA time zones. Key Responsibilities: Support self-service developers in repointing reports and dashboards from legacy SAP to S/4HANA data sources. Provide expertise in Power BI, data connectivity, performance optimization, DAX tuning, and visualization best practices. Work with Tableau and/or Alteryx for analytics enablement. Act as an SME, moderator, and trainer for the AMEA analytics community. Develop training materials and conduct enablement sessions. Collaborate with regional enablement leads and S/4HANA leadership. Translate complex technical issues into clear, structured guidance for business stakeholders. Ensure deliverables are properly documented, tested, and communicated. Coordinate with geographically distributed teams across Asia, Middle East, and Africa.
