Senior Business Operations & Performance Analyst

ALUPRIME Manufacturing Company is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven professional to join our growing team in Dammam. Coordinate operations across Sales, Procurement, Production, Warehousing, and Finance. Monitor production orders, material availability, and manufacturing schedules. Analyze aluminium extrusion and powder coating operations. Develop and monitor departmental KPIs and operational performance. Identify production bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. Coordinate projects, track deadlines, and follow up on management directives. Analyze business processes and recommend operational improvements. Prepare management reports, dashboards, and performance analyses. Ensure effective communication and coordination between departments. Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience with at least 3 years in Aluminium Extrusion Manufacturing. Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP. Advanced Excel and Power BI reporting skills.
