Senior Cost Control Manager

UCC Holding is seeking a Senior Cost Control Manager for its Project Controls department in Doha, Qatar, focusing on Power and Oil & Gas EPC projects. The role requires establishing and enforcing cost control procedures, leading budget development, cost baseline management, forecasting, EAC/ETC, cash flow analysis, and variance reporting. Candidates must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in cost control on large-scale mega EPC projects, strong ERP cost management system experience (preferably SAP), and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Project Controls.
