Senior Enterprise Security Architect

Dubai, UAE. Salary: 45 000 - 48 000 AED per month. 10+ years as an Enterprise Security Architect. Build the security architecture behind the future of luxury retail. You’ll be joining at a pivotal point in a major technology transformation, with the opportunity to shape security architecture across SAP Security, cloud, AI, data and enterprise platforms. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to operate at enterprise level — shaping strategy, influencing investment decisions and building the security architecture capability for the future, rather than simply designing individual solutions. You’ll own the Enterprise Security Architecture strategy, standards, governance and target-state roadmap, working directly with senior technology and business leaders to ensure security is embedded by design across major transformation programmes. Minimum Requirements: 10+ years as an Enterprise Security Architect / Security Architect Lead. Experience defining and governing security architecture within a large, complex or global organisation. Strong track record across enterprise transformation, cloud adoption and technology modernisation. Experience establishing security architecture frameworks, standards and governance models. Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive enterprise-wide decisions. SABSA, TOGAF, CISSP or equivalent certifications are highly desirable. Broad architectural expertise across: Enterprise Security Architecture, Cloud & Hybrid Security, IAM, SAP / ERP Security, Infrastructure & Network Security, Application, API & Data Security, DevSecOps / SSDLC, Zero Trust, Cyber Risk & Security Governance, AI & Emerging Technologies. What you’ll be doing: Own and evolve the Group’s Enterprise Security Architecture strategy and roadmap. Establish security architecture standards, patterns and reference architectures. Lead security architecture governance and operate as a senior Security Design Authority. Shape security across major initiatives including SAP transformation, cloud adoption, digital/e-commerce platforms, AI and enterprise technology modernisation. Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Engineering, Infrastructure, Digital, Data, Product and SAP teams. Provide architectural assurance, technical due diligence and guidance on major technology investments. Drive Security by Design, Zero Trust and modern security engineering practices. Influence senior executives and technology leaders while balancing business enablement with cyber risk. Lead and mature the Enterprise Security Architecture capability across a complex international environment.
