Senior Finance Professional

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts and financial reports, managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, performing financial analysis, variance reporting, and performance reviews, overseeing general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close activities, supporting commercial and strategic decision-making with financial insights, ensuring compliance with IFRS and internal control policies, coordinating with auditors, tax advisors, and external stakeholders, improving financial systems, reporting accuracy, and processes, and mentoring, supervising, or managing junior finance team members.
