Senior Fixed Assets Specialist

The role maintains the integrity of the fixed asset register by accurately recording additions, transfers, and disposals in the ERP system. Responsibilities include executing monthly depreciation runs, ensuring correct allocation of costs to cost centers such as Refining and Laboratory, conducting periodic physical asset counts, resolving discrepancies, reviewing capital expenditure requests for compliance, providing audit support, processing disposals, preparing IFRS-compliant financial statement disclosures, and collaborating across operations, procurement, and HSE teams.
