Senior Logistics Specialist

Delta Egypt For Lighting is hiring a Senior Logistics Specialist in Obour City, Cairo. Key Responsibilities: - Review shipment files, shipping offers, SWIFT documents, and commercial documentation - Prepare and process Form 4 in compliance with regulations - Record goods receipt transactions accurately on SAP - Follow up with warehouses on signed goods receipt documents - Review and follow up on freight forwarder invoices - Monitor withdrawals and prepare withdrawal packing lists and notifications - Maintain broker-related data and records using Excel - Follow up and close SWIFT transactions and shipment files - Coordinate courier shipments, payments, packing lists, and shipment closing - Follow up on logistics and shipping-related payments - Ensure compliance with company policies, financial procedures, and logistics regulations - Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field - 4+ years of experience in logistics or a similar role - Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems - Basic accounting knowledge - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Good communication skills
