Senior Manager: Asset Management Platform PMO

The Senior Manager - City Operations AM Platform PMO is the strategic program leader responsible for directing the Project Management Office (PMO) dedicated to the rollout, enhancement, and optimization of the city's centralized digital asset management ecosystem. This position ensures that all software system modules, engineering mobile apps, and smart city data integrations are deployed on time, within budget, and in perfect alignment with live city operations. What You'll Be Doing: Formulate, maintain, and execute master deployment schedules across the Asset Management platform ecosystem. Establish standardized project management frameworks and agile/waterfall methodologies. Manage multi-million-dollar technology budgets. Coordinate data stream integrations with financial engines and smart city IoT hubs. Direct and manage performance of master system integrators and software vendors. What Required Skills You'll Bring: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or Business. Master's Degree or MBA preferred. Mandatory PMP or PgMP credential. Minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience leading technology PMOs, large-scale ERP systems, or Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) rollouts. Strong functional knowledge of major enterprise asset management platforms such as SAP PM/MM or IBM Maximo.
