Senior Manager - HRIS

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for an innovative and detail-oriented Senior Manager - HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) to lead the management and optimization of our HR technology landscape. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our HRIS effectively supports the organization's human resource functions, enhances data integrity, and improves operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities include overseeing administration and maintenance of HRIS systems ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance; leading implementation and integration of new HR technologies; analyzing HR data and metrics for decision-making; collaborating with HR and IT teams to define system requirements; developing training programs and resources; managing vendor relationships for system upgrades and support; creating and maintaining HRIS documentation; and providing leadership and direction to the HRIS team.
