Senior Officer - AOG Materials

Manage 24/7 Aircraft-on-Ground (AOG) materials support for flydubai's operating fleet by handling urgent aircraft material requirements, expediting recovery actions, and acting as the central point of contact during AOG events to minimise aircraft downtime and operational disruption. Identifies required parts, tools, equipment, and documentation, and arranges urgent sourcing through available stock, procurement, loan, exchange, pool, transfer, or repair solutions. Knowledge of aviation ERP or maintenance systems such as AMOS, TRAX, or equivalent, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and shipment tracking tools.
