Senior Operations and Performance Supervisor

A leading audit, accounting, tax, and financial advisory firm in Oman is looking for a Senior Operations and Performance Supervisor. Track engagements, deadlines, owners, and next actions. Drive closure with managers, teams, and clients. Escalate delays, bottlenecks, and risks early. Build sharp weekly/monthly dashboards and exception reports. Improve workflows, controls, and systems across the firm. Requirements: 5+ years of experience (8-15 is ideal). Bachelors degree in business, finance, accounting, engineering, IS, or similar. Strong Excel, reporting, and tracking skills. Hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, or workflow tools (Odoo, Zoho, Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce is a plus). Fluent in Arabic and strong in English.
