Senior Operations & Performance Supervisor

A leading audit, accounting, tax, and financial advisory firm in Oman (part of a global network) is looking for a Senior Operations & Performance Supervisor to drive day-to-day execution, track engagements, deadlines, and deliverables, escalate bottlenecks, build dashboards, and improve workflows, controls, and systems across the firm. What you'll do: - Track engagements, deadlines, owners, and next actions - Drive closure with managers, teams, and clients - Escalate delays, bottlenecks, and risks early - Build sharp weekly/monthly dashboards and exception reports - Improve workflows, controls, and systems across the firm What you bring: - 5+ years of experience (8-15 is ideal) - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, engineering, IS, or similar - Strong Excel, reporting, and tracking skills - Hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, or workflow tools (Odoo, Zoho, Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce is a plus) - Confidence working with senior management, with professional assertiveness and follow-through - Fluent in Arabic and strong in English Location: Muscat, Oman (on-site, full-time). Open to candidates based in Oman or willing to relocate.
