Senior Procurement Specialist

Digitus Group is looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Specialist to join our Supply Chain team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role will manage end-to-end procurement activities supporting our projects and operations, covering sourcing, supplier evaluation, commercial negotiation, purchase orders, contract administration, supplier performance, procurement reporting, and high-level oversight of warehouse and inventory activities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage procurement from approved PR through sourcing, negotiation, PO issuance, delivery, and commercial closure - Prepare and manage RFQs, RFPs, commercial evaluations, and supplier negotiations - Source and evaluate local and international suppliers, OEMs, subcontractors, and service providers - Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties, and contractual conditions - Manage supplier performance and procurement expediting - Support project procurement across ICT, telecommunications, digital infrastructure, data centers, MEP, engineering, and related categories - Coordinate with Projects, Engineering, Finance, Logistics, Warehouse, and other stakeholders - Provide high-level oversight of warehouse and inventory activities, including stock reconciliation and inventory planning - Track procurement savings, supplier performance, lead times, and procurement KPIs What We’re Looking For: - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field - 5–7 years of progressive procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience, preferably within Saudi Arabia or the GCC - Strong experience in RFQ/RFP processes, supplier sourcing, bid evaluation, negotiation, Purchase Orders, and supplier management - Experience in ICT, telecommunications, digital infrastructure, data centers, MEP, engineering, EPC, contracting, or project-based organizations is strongly preferred - Experience with ERP or e-procurement systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent - Strong commercial, analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills - English proficiency is required; Arabic is strongly preferred
