Senior Program Controls Specialist

The Senior Program Controls Specialist is responsible for leading and governing program controls across a portfolio of large, complex projects. The role provides strategic oversight of cost management, scheduling, forecasting, risk management, performance reporting, change control, and portfolio analytics to support successful project delivery and strong financial performance. The position serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, project directors, finance, commercial, procurement, and delivery teams, driving data-informed decision-making, forecasting accuracy, and governance compliance using systems like SAP and Primavera P6.
