Senior Project Control Engineer

The Senior Officer Project Control plays a key role in supporting the Capital Projects & Construction division by overseeing project controls and ensuring compliance with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. The role supports the Program Controls Manager in establishing project performance measurement baselines, contract status tracking, and reporting through enterprise project management systems such as PRISM, ERP, and Primavera P6. The position contributes to the successful delivery of airport infrastructure projects by implementing effective project control processes and providing analytical support throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 to ensure timely project delivery. Assist in budget preparation and monitor project expenditures to ensure projects remain within approved budgets. Implement cost control measures using relevant cost and budget management software. Identify project risks, evaluate their potential impact, and develop mitigation strategies. Prepare and maintain project performance reports and dashboards covering progress, budget status, and risk assessments using tools such as Power BI. Ensure project activities comply with established quality standards and regulatory requirements. Coordinate and facilitate communication between contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues. Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, schedules, reports, and correspondence. Comply with all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and guidelines.
