We're Hiring: Senior Project Logistics Coordinator (EPC Project) Location: Ruwais, Abu Dhabi, UAE Industry: Oil & Gas / Petrochemical EPC Projects Are you an experienced logistics professional with a strong background in managing international project shipments for major EPC projects? We are seeking a Senior Project Logistics Coordinator to oversee and coordinate the end-to-end transportation of project materials and equipment from global suppliers to project sites in the UAE. This is an exciting opportunity to join a large-scale Oil & Gas/Petrochemical project and play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of project cargo. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate door-to-door shipments from worldwide vendor locations to project sites in the UAE - Managed sea freight, air freight, road transportation, breakbulk, heavy lift, OOG, and dangerous goods shipments - Obtain and evaluate freight quotations and recommend optimal logistics solutions - Coordinate with vendors, freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and project teams - Ensure timely customs clearance and site delivery of project cargo - Monitor shipment progress, manage logistics risks, and resolve delivery challenges - Verify shipping documents and ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements - Track logistics costs, validate freight invoices, and identify cost-saving opportunities - Maintain accurate shipment reporting and logistics tracking systems Requirements - Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Shipping, Maritime Studies, International Trade, or a related field - 7-10 years of international logistics experience - 3-5 years of experience supporting Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or EPC projects - Proven expertise in global door-to-door project logistics and UAE customs clearance - Strong knowledge of Incoterms 2020, freight forwarding, shipping documentation, cargo insurance, and logistics risk management - Experience with heavy lift, breakbulk, OOG, and dangerous goods cargo - Proficiency in ERP/SAP, Excel, and shipment tracking systems - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - UAE Driving Licence is an advantage Why Join Us? - Work on a major EPC project with global supply chain exposure - Manage complex international logistics operations - Be part of a dynamic project team driving successful project delivery - Collaborate with leading industry stakeholders across the supply chain
