Senior Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities: Our newest opportunity is for a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor (commercial) at one of the Kingdom's mega projects in Riyadh. Cost & Commercial Management, estimating costs, preparing project budgets, Bills of Quantities BOQs, cost control, life cycle costing, value engineering. Contract Administration, FIDIC, JCT, NEC, drafting and negotiating contracts, claims management, dispute resolution. Procurement, tendering procedures, subcontract negotiation. Measurement & Valuation, interim valuations, payment certifications, variations, standard methods of measurement. Financial Reporting, cash flow forecasts, cost reports, final accounts. Technical & Software Skills, CostX, Bluebeam, Buildsoft, WinQS, Excel, BIM, 5D cost integration, ERP and project management systems including SAP, Oracle, Primavera. Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of experience in Commercial and Project Management, Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline. Experience on mega infrastructure projects preferred.
